We see the people who eat everything what they want and never gain fat. When we see those people, we think that what they are doing, they are eating everything and not gaining fat.

We also want to feel the same thing, eat every thing and however we don't want to become fat.
Reason behind this that they maintain their day with the help of a healthy diet and exercises.

I'm here to tell you something which will help you in maintaining your day.

  • After a good sleep of 7 or 8 hours, our body requires a healthy dose of food. Start your day with a high quality proteins along with plenty slow-digesting carbs.
  • Because our carbohydrate storage is low after a night. Make sure your carbs come  primarily from fruit and whole grain sources.
  • Break your meals in five-six meal. Eating often not only helps to increase your metabolism but it also helps your hunger
  • Never skip your breakfast. Because it increases our energy and brain levels and we don't feel exhausted in the later day.
  • Make a routine of your exercise. Do it one hour daily and if you have a busy schedule then for 30 min. but do it regular.
  • Don't skip your exercise. And if you forget one day then continue from next day but don't skip.
  • You can also lifts the weights, that will give you the shape, tonned figure and burn your fat fast.
  • Drink plenty of water. This is really good for health.
